12 inner beauty practices that reflect on your outer beauty

I have recently started coaching women on various aspects that have helped me become a better, more content andhappier person and I felt like it was something worth sharing with you too. I have put together what I believe works wonders on keeping a general healthy and happy lifestyle which in turn helps how we look outwardly too.

These work for me so I decided to share these 12 practices with you. Hope you enjoy the short read.

You are more likely to smile, exude confidence, and have a more upbeat demeanor. This positive energy is contagious and attractive, making you more approachable and likable.

  2. Stress management: Taking care of your inner beauty involves managing your stress levels, which can have a significant impact on your outer beauty. Stress can cause a wide range of skin issues, such as acne, eczema, and premature aging. By managing stress through activities like meditation, exercise, and self-care, you can maintain healthy, radiant skin.

  3. Confidence: Taking care of your inner beauty by practicing self-care, self-love, and dressing well can help boost your confidence. When you feel confident on the inside, it reflects in your posture, facial expressions, and body language, which ultimately enhances your outer beauty. So dress up in your favorite outfits and if makeup also boosts your confidence then put some on and you'll instantly see a boost in your confidence because when you look good you feel good and spikes confidence instantly.

  4. Healthy Lifestyle: Taking care of your inner beauty by adopting a healthy lifestyle such as regular exercise, balanced diet, and good sleep can help you maintain good physical and mental health. A healthy body and mind reflect in your outer beauty through glowing skin, sparkling eyes, and a fit physique.

  5. Kindness: Being kind and compassionate towards others is a reflection of your inner beauty. It can help you radiate positive energy and create a welcoming environment, which enhances your outer beauty.

  6. Authenticity: Embracing your true self and being authentic is a reflection of your inner beauty. It helps you feel comfortable in your own skin, which in turn, reflects in your outer beauty. When you are true to yourself, you exude a certain level of confidence and poise that adds to your overall beauty.

  7. Reduced stress and a positive mindset : This can lead to healthier skin: When you take care of your mental health, it can help reduce stress and promote a positive mindset. This can lead to healthier-looking skin since stress can cause acne, wrinkles, and other skin issues.

  8. Better nutrition : Nutrition can enhance your complexion: Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats can nourish your body from the inside out. This can lead to a clearer and more radiant complexion.

  9. Regular exercise: Regular exercise can boost your overall appearance: Exercise can help improve blood flow and oxygenation, which can lead to a more glowing complexion. Additionally, regular exercise can help improve muscle tone, which can help you look more fit and toned.

  10. Self-care habits : Its important to practice self care as it can lead to a more confident demeanor: Taking care of yourself, whether it be through regular exercise, a relaxing bath, or taking time for your hobbies, can help boost your confidence and self-esteem. This can help you project a more positive and confident demeanor, which can enhance your overall appearance.

Practicing gratitude and kindness: This is extremely important abd something I resonate with on a deeper level, it has the power that radiates positivity: When you practice gratitude and kindness, it can help you cultivate a more positive and optimistic outlook on life. This positivity can radiate outwards and make you more attractive to others. Additionally, being kind to others can help you feel more connected and fulfilled, which can help you feel more confident and happy in your own skin.

  12. Self-love: When you take care of your inner beauty, you develop a sense of self-love and self-acceptance. This translates into a higher level of self-confidence, which is a key factor in outer beauty. When you love yourself, you are more likely to take care of your appearance, dress in a way that makes you feel good, and carry yourself with grace and poise.


By adopting these inner beauty practices you will feel the benefits within and it will show on your skin, your face, hair and body. We are not perfect but we can always strive to be better versions of ourselves which I perceive as happy, healthy, glowing and confident ✨️
