The HOT MAMA MAKEOVER (behind the scenes)
Behind the scenes images are so much fun to see.
They add a sense of realness to the event don't you think?

The tools of the trade!
Today is the start of a shoot I have been wanting to do for a long time.
The purpose of the shoot was to take normal everyday women and turn them into the beauties they are but do not know how to bring it out. My mission is to make mum's look and feel confident once again. The photo's was to be proof that all mum's can look amazing, that time passing by does not mean our beauty dies with age, Noooooo!!!
Armed with the best Photographer I know, my beautiful customers and friends who were excited to get a makeover by me and my lovely assistant for the day, Marylin and an amazing studio I was ready to get the shoot going!
I could not wait to see the beautiful shots that captured the day of beautification as we got the models ready in clothes that were either from my own selection, picked from one of my favourite new emerging designers Nida Shay, or from the direction I gave the models to follow when bringing their own outfits.
Nida Shay has the most beautiful embellished tops that make any woman feel and look special, which is why I approached her to be part of my shoot. Her pieces looked amazing on the models and I was so happy she was kind enough to lend them to me. I tell you, each one of those mums who wore Nida's pieces wanted to buy one straight away!
Nida will be showing on Singapore's Fashion Week and I can't wait to sit there and support her!

The looks for the models were kept clean and simple. For the shoot I wanted to show women a realistic makeup look. Not everyone can carry off bright shades on their eyes, for example. I opted to give them a more neutral eye using my, and Naked 1 palette, my go to palette for an everyday look. The lips varied a bit depending on the model and her skin tone. I switched between lipsticks such as thrown in to the mix too.The looks for the models were kept clean and simple. For the shoot I wanted to show women a realistic makeup look. I had the sweet Marilyn assisting me that day. She is also a wonderful makeup artist and someone I can rely on if I need an extra hand. My team, when I need one, are all talented makeup artists and hair stylists as I only offer the best to my clients and customers!
I cannot wait to see the women's faces when they see themselves on my website. They look amazing!! Have a look out how these busy mums have turned into Hot Mama's.
